Early registration is recommended to ensure a place on this course; class size is limited for each location. Early bird registration ($525) applies only to participants who register more than 20 days before the listed course start date; regular registration ($560) applies to participants who register less than 20 days before the listed course start date. Spinal Manipulation Institute reserves the right to cancel the course up to three weeks prior to the starting date for circumstances beyond its control.
