Early registration is recommended to ensure a place on this course; class size is limited for each location. Early bird registration ($560 for Part I) applies only to participants who register more than 20 days before the listed course start date; regular registration ($595 for Part I) applies to participants who register less than 20 days before the listed course start date. Spinal Manipulation Institute reserves the right to cancel the course up to three weeks prior to the starting date for circumstances beyond its control. In the unlikely event that this should occur, your tuition fee will be returned in full; however, Spinal Manipulation Institute will not be responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, or any other travel or personal expenses incurred by the registrant.
