Early bird registration ($560 for Part I) applies only to participants who register more than 20 days before the listed course start date; regular registration ($595 for Part I) applies to participants who register less than 20 days before the listed course start date.

15 Contact Hours will be awarded upon course completion; these hours will be submitted to the respective State Board of Physical Therapy, if applicable in that state.  Course cost of $560 includes two-day course tuition and the 110 page Spinal Manipulation Evidence & Techniques Manual.  A confirmation letter and receipt of payment will be sent via email.  

Course payments can be transferred or fully refunded with 3 weeks written notice; notice received after this time is subject to 50% transfer refund.  No refunds or transfers will be issued after the seminar begins.  All transfers are final and are not redeemable for monetary refund.   All transfers must be used within twelve months of issue date.  Spinal Manipulation Institute reserves the right to cancel the course up to three weeks prior to the starting date for circumstances beyond its control.  In the unlikely event that this should occur, your tuition fee will be returned in full; however, Spinal Manipulation Institute will not be responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets, hotel reservations or any other travel or personal expenses incurred by the registrant.
